We only build one guitar at a time, allowing us to focus on each individual build. Each instrument gets our undivided attention from start to finish.
We take a minimum of 6 months to build each instrument. While an instrument usually only takes 200 hours to make, we only work on our builds when we feel creative inspiration. While it may sound crazy, one’s mood when crafting an instrument significantly affects the outcome. Only working on these when inspiration hits, ensures that the instrument develops a soul of its own.
DISCUSSING YOUR GUITAR
We will set aside a day in our workshop to display wood choices, and guide you through the process of designing your dream guitar from the ground up. With our expertise, we will help you make informed decisions around your preferences to make the best guitar for you. We involve you in every step of the process.
MADE FROM SCRATCH
We use only the best materials in our builds. From highgrade, luthier-selected woods to only the best quality, German-made hardware. There are no short cuts, only the best will do. We use 20% CNC, 80% hand work and the most meticulous craftsmanship South Africa has to offer.
